      AI Review (Experimental)

      AI Review adds a stable Agent-generated report beside the existing factual review. Your task, note, habit, and project data remains intact, and you can switch between Data Review and AI Report at any time.

      AI Review is enabled by default. You can turn it off under Settings → Experiments. Turning it off restores the standard Review entry without deleting existing AI conversations, reports, or written content.

      Start an AI Review

      1. Open AI Review from the left sidebar and select a week, month, quarter, or year.
      2. Inspect the facts and evidence scope in Data Review.
      3. Click Start AI Review. The page stays on the data view while a dedicated Agent conversation opens on the right.
      4. The main area switches to AI Report after the first formal report is complete.

      If you navigate manually while generation is running, Aino does not take focus back. You can open AI Report at any time to inspect progress.

      AI Report Is Never a Blank Page

      Before the formal report is ready, AI Report shows the current evidence summary: due and actually completed tasks, active and periodic notes, inferred projects, and habits. It also shows progress while the Agent is working. If a run stalls, the conversation is preserved and the report offers a retry.

      When you rerun or update a review, the previous report remains visible until the new version is published in full.

      What the Right-Side Agent Owns

      The right AI conversation is the review executor. It:

      • Receives a bounded evidence snapshot for the selected period.
      • Reads original notes only when needed instead of expanding the whole vault.
      • Lets you discuss and correct conclusions before publishing a new report.
      • Returns verified reads and changes for the run receipt in the main area.

      AI Report is a stable projection of the conversation, not a second chat log. Continue Discussion returns to the same conversation. Update Report asks the Agent to publish a complete new version based on the current discussion.

      Write Back and Create Tasks

      After confirming the report, you can ask the Agent to write it into a review note or create confirmed next-period tasks. Every write action must show a change preview before it can be applied.
